Let’s not kid ourselves here…

Sometimes we feel like we’re so drawn to a sale or deal, as if there were supernatural powers forcing our hand to reach for our wallets.

Well, ECO Shop Malaysia’s customers are all too familiar with that feeling since most of the items in the store are priced as low as RM2.10.

It’s also not a rare sight to see customers carrying loads of bags filled to the brim with goodies upon leaving the store.

So, when the shop released an ad on their Instagram page, it was not only accurate but hilarious in how it depicted our shopping habits.

Using some of our favourite thriller and sci-fi tropes, the ad perfectly describes that feeling when we enter a store to get just one thing but end up leaving with a trolley full of other items we didn’t even plan on buying!

I guess we don’t need portals to enter into a different inescapable dimension… All we need to do is visit our local ECO Shop.
