Jiman was previously celebrated for his remarkable talent in the local fashion scene, consistently taking bold steps and showcasing edgy, punk, and avant-garde outfits at every moment.

His unique sense of style and authentic expression of his identity served as an inspiration for many, leading them to emulate his footsteps.

Jiman, who had graced countless runways during fashion weeks, also played a mentoring role for several aspiring models in the fashion industry, leaving a lasting impact on those he guided.

Four days prior to his passing, the fashion icon was featured on VOGUE Runway, modelling outfits created by the Vietnamese-American designer behind Kwaidan Editions, Hung La.

In addition to his contributions to the fashion scene, Jiman ran his own public relations firm, where he championed the fashion world.

He also actively collaborated with numerous local designers, including Zakwan Anuar, Pearly Wong, and Fern Chua.

Popular Malaysian rockstar Amy Search paid his last respects to the late fashion icon earlier today, 29 January, by attending his burial, reported The Star.

The singer expressed that Jiman was like family to him, emphasising that “he has never been stingy about sharing knowledge or advice.”
