Female Art-Collective, Kekabumi Helps Fundraise For Community-Centre, Gem & Bread By Selling Art
With the MCO constantly being extended, small businesses and NGOs are having a tough time staying afloat. Thankfully, many Malaysians have stepped up to the plate to help one another get through this together.

Female art-collective, Kekabumi has collaborated with Gem & Bread, a community-centre that specialises in providing aid and a safe space for those with Down Syndrome, ADHD, Happy Puppet Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Aspergers and Slow Learner Syndrome.
Ever since the MCO started, the centre has been hit with many obstacles, most notably insufficient funds to keep the place running.
With that, Kekabumi has kickstarted a fundraiser where you can donate any amount you can manage in order to help Gem & Bread’s rental fees.
Help us fundraise for their rentals by donating any amount✨You will receive a limited edition Kekabumi x Gem & Bread A4 print if you contributed RM25 or more! Click here to donate: https://t.co/moGBbPqmJH#KitaJagaKita #RakyatJagaRakyat pic.twitter.com/hWAPSFGnUZ

Since the platform is an art-collective, if you donate more than RM25, you will receive a print of your choice by three vastly talented illustrators, Amira Ahmad, Lizzie Zany and Mimi Jamal.
If art doesn’t satiate you, then maybe bread will.
You can also pick pastries of your choice from Gem & Bread’s menu and all proceeds will go into the centre’s operation.
