Jealous of your pals who made it to Yayoi Kusama’s exhibition? Well, get into the no envy zone cause the first ever pop-up art and technology exhibition is happening at Icon City, Petaling Jaya, and it’s actually camera friendly (more specifically, Instagram friendly). From polka dot room to a garden of light, Arts & Lights is where carefully designed spaces meet technology, bridging the two forms of expression perfectly with 12 distinctive art and technology installations that cover over 30,000 sq ft of Icon City’s Central Park.

Adorned with possibly every colour, texture, and anything pretty you can imagine, Tower 3 and Tower 5 of Icon City will be filled with creative and interactive installations, attracting children and adults alike. “We want this exhibition to inspire viewers to consider how online image sharing has changed the role of art and creativity in the digital age,” said Mah Sing’s Senior General Manager of Group Strategy and Operations, Rachel Leong.

Beginning 19 November, the event continues until 24 December and will happen only on weekends, from 12pm to 9pm. Tickets are free but we suggest booking a slot for your chosen date since entries are limited.
