If you’re still looking for something to do this weekend, consider attending this arts festival, where you can see dance performances, live music, and art exhibitions.

The Yayasan Sime Darby Arts Festival (YSDAF) 2023 is back after a five-year hiatus for Malaysians to celebrate our local art scene.

Yayasan Sime Darby, in collaboration with the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (KLPAC), is welcoming art enthusiasts to their unique festival, which celebrates both contemporary and traditional art created by Malaysian artistes.

Over 1,000 artistes will showcase their work at the weekend festival

At YSDAF 2023, there will be live shows, hands-on workshops, art installations, film screenings, and many other activities.

Guests can choose from a minimum of five activities at 19 different pocket locations throughout KLPAC at any given time.

From Chinese opera to Zapin Tenglu, YSDAF 2023 has a wide range of workshops for people of all ages to participate in, meaning festival attendees get the chance to create artwork of their own at the event space!
