Local singer-songwriter Brendan de Cruz has released the music video for his single ‘Evermore’ from his 3-track EP, I Am Not Billie Eilish.

In ‘Evermore’, de Cruz sings away the pains and responsibilities of being an adult. I think we can all agree that keeping in touch with our friends can be kind of hard considering everyone has a life of their own, especially during the pandemic.

Watch the music video below:

The EP was produced and recorded by de Cruz himself in his DIY home studio during the MCO. We find de Cruz singing about friendships, reconciliation and the separate journeys life throws at someone over time.

A fitting theme of what isolation feels like to the lonely souls consumed by their own thoughts, ‘Evermore’ is a simple and relatable record to play within the confines of our homes. And to those experiencing breakup fever, this song is also for you.

‘I Am Not Billie Eilish’ is now available to stream on Spotify, iTunes and AmazonMusic. You can find him at @brendandecruz on all social media platforms.
