Following the MADNESS Collaboration, Timberland Adds Its Own Update of the Iconic Yellow Boot
We’ve previously revealed how Chinese contemporary streetwear icon Shawn Yue is good at getting stuff done, thus, the expansion of the latest Timberland x MADNESS collaboration is proof of more good things to come from this partnership. Putting a twist to the iconic Timberland Yellow Boots in the first collaboration, Shawn made the 6in Gore-Tex injected TYPE-MD01 as lightweight as a pair of sneakers, but with the look of your rugged pair of boots.
Adding more fun to Shawn Yue’s update of the iconic rhubarb boot, Timberland introduces its own update of the same boots silhouette with the brand new TYPE-TB01, which comes in three more colourways now, making collectors and new fans spoiled for choices. Integrated with materials that ensure Timberland’s quality is at its best, these bad boys are made of water resistant nylon and premium suede leather for that extra touch of luxe.
Best yet, these bad boys are engineered with Gore-Tex Performance Comfort Technology like their sister boots. Paired together with a white Vibram Morflex wedge outsole, this pair keeps things casual, lightweight, non-slippery, and most importantly, durable. The stable outsole isn’t just pretty on the eyes, the wide grooves that come with it makes self-cleaning easy as well.
Available in Timberland’s classic colour combination of Wheat/Fog, military-esque Coffee/Olive, and pristine Satelite/Arona. Shop the latest colourway beginning 5 January at Timberland Mid Valley and Pavilion.
