Police Busted Drug-Induced Sex Party That Includes 2 Teenage Girls in Penang

According to The Star, police detained 10 people which consisted of six men, two women and two teenage girls at a drug-induced orgy in Butterworth, Penang on Tuesday (17 Nov).

North Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor said that the individuals were detained by a team of police specifically from the Mak Mandin police station during Ops Covid-19 that is aimed at ensuring compliance with the CMCO in the district.

“Acting on information, police raided one of the units on the second floor of the hotel at about 1.15 am and found some of them were high on drugs while enjoying the party with the girls”, he said in a statement yesterday.

The 10 individuals were fined RM1,000 each for violating the conditional movement control order (CMCO) and five of them were also arrested for drug abuse as they tested positive for methamphetamine and amphetamine.

ACP Noorzainy said the suspects, aged between 15 and 23, were compounded under Rule 10(8) of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases (Measures within the Infected Local Areas) Regulations 2020.

“The five that were tested positive for drugs have been brought to North Seberang Prai police headquarters to facilitate investigations under Section 15(1)(a) Dangerous Drug Act 1952”,  he said.

He, however, said none of them has a drug or criminal record.
