The collab we didn’t think we wanted but now that it’s here, we have to try it out! myBurgerlab and Krispy Kreme will be joining forces to bring us two types of doughnut burgers and it’s no joke. It may sound strange and totally unhealthy but this unexpected flavour combo is perfect for special occasion splurges and cheat day eats.

If you’re a local burger fan, myBurgerLab will be no stranger to you. They’re famous for their juicy patties, creative menu, and trademark black charcoal buns. In fact, last month – international travel site Big Seven Travel ranked myBurgerLab second on their list of 50 best burgers in Asia. So you know what’s up..

Smash their patties up with Krispy Kreme’s original glazed doughnuts and this will definitely satisfy your sweet and savoury cravings. Nyums!

To get you prepared, here are the two types of doughnut burger that you can order:

1. The Fowl Word (Chicken)

(source: Malay Mail)

Swapping out its signature bamboo charcoal buns for fluffy glazed doughnuts – this burger comes with a juicy, cheddar fried chicken thigh, umami mushroom gravy, paired with sweet maple syrup, and a hint of MBL’s signature red sauce for a tinge of spice.

2. The King (Beef)

This, on the other hand, comes with a cheddar seared beef patty, a crunchy hashbrown, rich creamy peanut butter, sweet blueberry jam, and a hint of MBL’s secret sauce snuggled between two fluffy original glazed doughnuts.

Y’all better get in line because these bad boys will only be available starting on Malaysia Day, this 16 until 30 September while stock lasts. Celebrating their 7th Anniversary, myBurgerLab will be donating RM10 to SHELTER for every doughnut burger ordered!

You can try one out for yourself at any of their five stores in the Klang Valley, which are at Seapark, Bandar Sunway, OUG, Bangsar, MyTown Cheras, and Cyberjaya.
