M’sian Netizens Are Photoshopping Emily In Different Parts Of Malaysia & It’s Hilarious
This month of October has brought us a lot of amazing shows on Netflix, especially American drama-comedy series, Emily In Paris. The show revolves around a Chicago marketing executive, Emily Cooper who lands an unexpected job opportunity in Paris where she discovers love but also learns how to juggle her new life there.
The show has gained much popularity in Malaysia after many netizens on social media especially Twitter have decided to make several parodies of it by photoshopping Emily’s picture and placing it in a more local environment.

The engagement of the trend has been uplifting, as many netizens have been praising each other for being creative and relating to one another as well about the landmarks that have been chosen. I guess internet peeps are doing Netflix’s marketing for them since many are now keen to watch the series.
