Renowned Malaysian actress Michelle Yeoh joyously declared her newfound status as a grandmother on the dawn of 2024. The 61-year-old shared the delightful news of the newest addition to her family through a series of touching Instagram posts.

The event transpired as  46-year-old Nicolas Todt, the son of her husband Jean Todt, welcomed his first child on New Year’s Day.

In an Instagram post capturing the tender moment of holding the newborn’s tiny foot, Yeoh conveyed her immense joy, stating, “A little miracle on the first day of 2024. We are so truly blessed…. Can’t tell you how happy I am for this very very special bundle of joy.”

Further, Yeoh shared more glimpses of the joyous occasion, featuring images of herself and husband Jean Todt.

Expressing gratitude to Nicolas and Darina, the elated parents, she shared, “Thank you darling Nicolas and Darina for making us the happiest and proudest grandparents! Welcome baby Maxime,” accompanied by pictures of the couple with the new parents and their precious baby.

This moment of familial bliss comes shortly after Yeoh’s second wedding ceremony, a charming affair hosted in a restaurant in Ipoh, Malaysia, her hometown. Their initial nuptials took place in Geneva on 27 July 2023, and the recent celebration was a more intimate gathering.
