Man Drenches Wife And Stepson In Petrol & Torches Them After Being Scolded For Watching Porn

Earlier this month, JUICE discussed the negative impacts of porn addictions in a piece where an addict himself highlighted how the compulsion can spiral out of control and potentially harm others, particularly those engaging in intimate relationships or close contact with him.

On September 21st, Newswav reported an unfortunate scenario whereby an Indonesian man, named referred to as Rabu’s porn addiction had manifested in one of the worst ways imaginable.

The 29-year-old, from Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, was reportedly watching porn in front of his wife and 7-year-old stepson when he was asked to stop. Unable to contain his fury and annoyed at the interruption, he decided to pour petrol all over his wife, who had been doing the dishes at the time.

He proceeded to set a tissue on fire and fling it at her, repeating the same cruel act towards his stepson; leaving them both with minor burns mostly inflicting their lower bodies. Reports also mention that the two had to extinguish the flames from each other’s bodies whilst being burned alive and are currently receiving medical care at a hospital.

Owing to this circumstance, Sidoarjo Chief District Police, Kombes Pol Kusumo Wahyu Bintoro, held a news appearance whereby the accused acknowledged his culpability and apologised for his brutal actions.

“I admit my mistake; I now regret setting both of them on fire. My wife is still in the hospital right now. I’m to blame,” muttered Rabu.

Rabu is presently accused of causing great bodily damage to his wife and stepson. If convicted, he will spend at least 5 years behind bars… though netizens argue that authorities should “burn him first, then say that the action is deeply regretted.”
