Hot off the heels of his Netflix special Kavin Jay: Everybody Calm Down!, Malaysian comedian-emcee-actor Kavin Jay is flying high–bringing his brand of local comedy to audiences abroad.

As election season heats up, we got the Methodist Boys’ School (and Engineering) graduate to spill the beans on what he thought of Malaysian politics and related-topics like why is Puchong part of Subang(?).

While in the hot seat, we also tortured Kavin with questions about his life after Netflix, what he thought of Harith Iskander’s special, and the prospects of doing comedy as a profession in Malaysia, amongst other things.
