Nine people are expected to answer to a judge today after a publicity stunt involving flares and reckless driving, meant to promote the sixth anniversary of a clothing store, resulted with the arrest of 15 people, including 14 men and a woman aged between 17 and 30.
Stunt was disruptive at worst, a little confusing at best

Among the group was the 24-year-old owner of the clothing store in question, as well as other employees and individuals hired to perform the stunt at the iconic Bukit Bintang Crossing.
From multiple videos of the incident, it’s hard to tell what the brand of the clothing store even is. But if their only goal was to stir conversation and gain clout, they definitely achieved it, despite the confusing nature of the stunt.

Along with the arrest of the 15 people involved, police also seized a pickup truck, as well as two electric scrambler motorcycles.
According to police, six others will be released and serve as prosecution witnesses.
The incident is being investigated under Section 290 of the Penal Code for public nuisance, Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act for indecent behaviour, Section 6 of the Explosives Act 1957, Section 42 of the Road Transport Act for reckless and dangerous driving, and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act.
