Batman Drives Batmobile Around Town, Enforcing Stay-at-Home Orders
Batman has always fought with colourful criminals, but he’s now got a bigger task at hand. As most of us know, there’s a worldwide health crisis right now and the superheroes that are fighting to contain it are, without a doubt, the frontliners.
But according to Harian Metro, Batman would like to have a crack at it as well. His message is clear and simple – stay home.
The Dark Knight took to the streets of Monterrey in Mexico, to scare people back to their homes to help flatten the curve! This Mexican version of Bruce Wayne is driving around in a replica version of the Batmobile, similar to the one that appeared in the Dark Knight trilogy.

“Hey, you inside that home! Try to come out as little as possible and together we’ll be superheroes against the coronavirus. I can’t do this on my own,” is what he said in the prerecorded message played from his vehicle’s speakers.
He told Mexican news outlet – Tele Diario, that he is concerned as to why families continue to put themselves at risk, especially children, by wandering around the streets of Monterrey despite warnings from health officials.
The Batman also spoke about what prompted him to start this awareness campaign, while – ironically – taking the reporter on a short ride in his cramped 2-seater… *coughs* Social distancing Master Wayne! You can check out the video, here.
Apparently, this is not his first run as Batman! He has been doing good deeds since at least 2019.
Take a look at the video below where, alongside sidekick – Robin, the dynamic duo dropped off some stuff to underprivileged kids.
We need more caped crusaders in this world!
