Xiaomi Launches The Sleek Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team Edition Electric Scooter

The full look of the special edition Xiaomi x Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 is here. While it doesn’t go lightning fast (as it shouldn’t), you can still have a long cruise and it comes equipped with several safety features.

The Xiaomi Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 is a combination of Xiaomi’s advance scooter tech with Mercedes-AMG’s sleek design elements.

According to Gizmochina, it has the same specifications as the standard Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2, but the slightly more expensive price tag gets you the sleek silver and green colour scheme of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team.

One of the improvements of the scooter is its top speed of 25km/h which can deliver a 45km range and it claims to hold above 70% power after 500 charging cycles. It can also climb 20% incline hills effortlessly.

For safety, it comes with a high-brightness headlight and a double braking system that uses ventilated disc brake and eABS regenerative anti-lock brake. It also comes with shock absorbing pneumatic tires, so you won’t hurt your butt.

Oh, did we mention that it’s foldable?

As if that wasn’t enough, it also features a built-in screen that shows you real-time speed, your riding mode of choice and battery level, which you can also control via Bluetooth connection to your smartphone while you’re cruising.

The Xiaomi Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 is priced at EUR 799 (RM3,933)
