You Can Watch 3 Seasons of ‘Sailor Moon’ for Free on YouTube
Another day in isolation, another show to watch. By now, you’re probably bored out of your mind to even find something to watch but many popular franchises are starting to release free content online to keep us sane.
Sailor Moon, which originally aired between 1992 to 1995 is set to be released for free on the franchise’s official YouTube channel starting today (24 April), according to Crunchyroll. 10 episodes will be released each week until all 127 episodes are made available before the end of July.
The free release is part of a promotional launch for the two-part Sailor Moon film, Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal The Movie that will open in Japan on 11 September 2020.
The three seasons of Sailor Moon were chosen because the film’s storyline is based on a storyline from the original manga by Naoko Takeuchi, which was then adapted to into the series’ 4th season.
You still have time to catch up on the show before the film’s release, or you know, just to pass the time.
