Snagging another great band in a matter of a few months, Upfront is bringing Delphic. A band whose fame was spontaneous, having had been listed on BBC’s Influential Sound of 2010 after just releasing 2 singles, their dance rock debut Acolyte was immediately heralded by critics as something that borders on greatness (“on kissing terms with greatness,” one claimed). Considering the sh!t bands they were in prior to Delphic, it was bittersweet irony that they’ve achieved so much in a few short years – they got signed just after a single gig as Delphic for one.
