JUICE is glad Red Bull (Blue & Silver) came to Malaysia. There’s a higher likelihood that we’d get to see DJs and producers that aren’t just your run-of-the-mill EDM staples, and this coming Friday proves exactly that — the super duo Africa Hitech, comprising vets of the UK scene, Mark Pritchard and Steve Spacek, are set to spin and educate you at Marquee Lounge. Fittingly, Pritchard and Spacek coincidentally met up when both lectured at an RBMA session in Toronto sometime in 2007 and found common ground in their predilection towards UK bass, grime, dub, and transcontinental riddims. Get educated by the duo at RBMA Info Session and then show off your footwork skills later on at Detour Asia: RBMA Special. Bass Sekolah (CEE + Darren Ashley) and The Deer Society will join Africa Hitech as supporting acts.
