Rather the opposite of what you’d expect at Zouk Club Malaysia, Feedback Asia — together with Zouk Singapore — is bringing Londoner Kieran Hebden aka Four Tet to Singapore, making it the first time he’ll be playing in Southeast Asia. Now 11 albums strong, Kieran’s latest Beautiful Rewind sees collaborative efforts with the expected like-minded acts such as Jamie xx, Burial, and Thom Yorke. A natural fit considering the name Four Tet belongs in the upper echelon of forward-thinking electronic acts.  Being from Malaysia, we didn’t think that a non-EDM act would ever play at Zouk, but there you go, proof that Singapore’s got the better electronic scene. Four Tet is set to play a live set at Zouk Singapore’s main room that will span, to quote the promoters, “folk, jazz, and abstract music made from machines as only [he] knows how.”
