Yes, you read right, this Merdeka Eve, Bedroom is bringing down the “genius of Italian dance music” Rodion, and they want you to follow a theme that would suit the Italo disco freak’s penchant for moustaches. He is not only the producer of Helen Feng´s (ex-Pet Conspiracy lead singer & current FreeTheBirds/Ziyo frontwoman) new solo project NOVA HEART, Rodion is also fully tuned into extraterrestrial beats that are influenced by everything from Japanese sci-fi anime soundtracks of the ’70s to Goblin-esque dramatic synthesizers of Italian horror movies.

If a costume party is your idea of fun, head downtown KL for a night of dressing up in hot spanking tights and fake moustaches — dressing up is a must. Look your most Italian this Merdeka, if only to spice things up a little from the other usual Merdeka parties!
