If there’s one thing worse than the Insane Clown Posse, it’s their fans. Juggalos are arguably the most reviled and ridiculed niche to have come out of America’s music scene, which is not unexpected when it’s a whole subculture revolving around white trash in clown make-up, vague notions of family, drugs and worship for two brothers named Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope. Filmmaker Sean Dunne braved The Gathering of the Juggalos (their equivalent of Burning Man) and shot an empathetical documentary on the subculture. Well that’s the intent at least, we still think Juggalos are the nadir of humanity.
Okay, that was harsh. The Juggalos (and Juggelettes) featured in the film might not be the brightest humanity has to offer, but they still have the same aspirations as normal folks. Like offering a display of their mammary for a buck and getting high on a combination of ecstasy and vodka while spewing philosophy on family. Whoop Whoop!
