Two men, including Bob Mah Sing, who was arrested on Saturday (27 Feb) after ramming their car into several vehicles to evade police, were remanded for four days until 2 March.

Petaling Jaya Police chief ACP Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal said the remand order against the two men, aged 35 and 40 respectively, was issued by the Petaling Jaya Magistrate’s Court on Saturday.

The 40-year-old suspect known as Bob Mah Sing was picked up at a house in Shah Alam at about 11.45pm after fleeing the scene, while the other suspect was arrested at the scene. Nik Ezanee said the jobless man had 20 crime and drug-related records.

Both of the suspects also tested positive for drugs, he said.

ICYMI, videos of the chase went viral on social media over the weekend showing police personnel firing shots at the suspects’ car tyres when they rammed into other vehicles. There was also a video of Bob Mah Sing running at the side of the road as he got away.
