WATCH: Couple Uses Baby Stroller To Scam People In Genting, Spotted At KLCC, Mid Valley & More
There’s been an uproar of scams in Malaysia recently, and it appears they work in groups to bamboozle us even more. Sometimes they’re your typical online job offers, or your everyday dating app catfishing.
But this is a classic case of being too trusting when it comes to meeting strangers. Unfortunately, these scammers went after those with big hearts and believe in humanity.

@hudanadiah_ , a TikTok user, uploaded a series of videos exposing a group of scammers at Resorts World Genting.
In the first video, it shows a couple who claimed to be from Pakistan. In her caption, she said that the couple used a sob story about how the wife misplaced her bag and therefore don’t have any money to but food for their child.
@hudanadiah_, or Huda, pointed out that the woman has a hidden handbag under the stroller.
But that’s not all of it, they apparently work together with other couples selling the same story.

In her latest post, Huda said that the couple’s partners noticed that she was recording and ran downstairs to warn their partners in crime.
Based on the comments from her videos, some netizens seemed to have recognised the Pakistani couples in other locations such as KLCC, Mid Valley Megamall, AEON Johor and Bukit Bintang.
