Recently premiered on VICE‘s electronic music channel Thump, 50Weapons just dropped the full-length version of Phon.o’s track with Bass Sekolah, and it comes with a music video to boot! You’ve read what we thought of the track’s snippet, so we won’t bother to regale it with more praises. Instead, let’s just bask in the fact that a Malaysian duo (one is admittedly just localised) managed to have a track on Modeselektor’s label, which then had its video premiered on VICE — that’s no minor accomplishment, yo.
