‘The Departures’ by Randy Raharja is an amalgam of the previous two works. Basing it on the ghost stories the site generates and the former tenants’ bittersweet longing of the flats, this piece shows that with eventual development, even old ghosts have to leave Pekeliling. Is new always better?
