Vacation, here we come!

As reported by The Star, AirAsia has launched their “Shred & Fly” Campaign to encourage the public to shred their old, unused credit cards in exchange for free flights from AirAsia to any of their 150 destinations.

The first machine was launched at Nu Sentral shopping centre in Kuala Lumpur. You’re invited to challenge yourself to insert your unused credit cards into the shredder. Upon shredding your card, you must apply for an AirAsia credit card on the machine itself.

Once that’s done and your application is successful, you will receive a minimum of 3,000 BIG points to a maximum of 100,000 BIG points. These points can be used to redeem free flights and other lifestyle deals.

The AirAsia credit card offers great benefits for frequent AirAsia flyers. You can earn AirAsia BIG points with every transaction with an instant upgrade to BIG platinum membership status, and no annual fee for the first year.

Shred & Fly is part of AirAsia BIG’s “Earn BIG Live BIG” campaign that was launched recently to encourage people to live big and do something out of the ordinary.

If you’re intrigued by The Shredder, you can find it at its next location at Dataran Merdeka (in conjunction with Minggu Muzik Malaysia) from 14 to 16 September and MyTown Shopping Centre from 20 to 22 September 2019.
