Rihanna might be six years late to make a new album (and still owes us one) but the fruits of her labour which includes multiple bangers along with a famous fashion and beauty brand, have recently made her the wealthiest female artiste today.
Officially a billionaire, the R&B singer whose real name is is Robyn Fenty is now worth $1.7 billion (RM7.17 billion), with an estimated $1.4 billion coming from the value of her Fenty Beauty cosmetics company.
The other part of her riches comes from Savage x Fenty, her lingerie company which is worth $270 million, along with her income from acting and music.
Besides being known for hits like ‘Shine Bright Like A Diamond’, ‘Umbrella’ and ‘Rude Boy’, she’s also praised for producing 40 different foundation shades that cater to all despite skin colour, in her beauty brand, Fenty Beauty, launched in 2017 in partnership with LVMH.
The Barbadian singer has sold more than 250 million records and is second to Oprah Winfrey as the world’s richest female entertainer.
In 2018, she raised over $2 billions for education in developing nations by incessantly tagging global leaders in her tweets calling for aid.
Her last album, Anti came out in 2016.
