Rich Brian is back and he’s not playing it safe.

WHERE IS MY HEAD?, his first full-length album since 2019, lands today via 88rising, and it’s raw, personal, and fully self-directed.

Brian wrote and mostly produced the album himself, diving into heartbreak, ambition, alienation, and the guilt of missing family milestones. The result is a coming-of-age record that feels cinematic, emotional, and unapologetically honest.

Expect standout collaborations with Toro y Moi on ‘Body High’, Charlotte Day Wilson on ‘Is It?’, redveil on ‘Bumpy Road’, and Ski Mask The Slump God bringing chaos to ‘Jumpy’. The lead single ‘She’ featuring Kurtis Wells pairs moody, reflective production with Brian’s introspective lyricism.

Conceptually, the album introduces two versions of Brian…

One is Maestro, a kind of conductor creating the music. The other is Movie Brian, who exists inside the world Maestro is scoring. Jared Hogan’s visuals bring this surreal idea to life, turning the album into a cinematic experience that feels like stepping inside Brian’s mind.

After six years, Brian is showing exactly what it looks like to run your own lane. Vulnerable, adventurous, and fully in control of his art, WHERE IS MY HEAD? proves he’s no longer just the kid from Jakarta, but the director of his own story.
