RETRO ROCKFEST Hits ‘The Barn’ With A Cause This August
Thirsty for JUICE content? Quench your cravings on our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp

If your idea of a perfect Saturday night is live guitars wailing, canapés in hand, and knowing it all helps kids get a shot at music education, Gig For Good has got your night sorted.
Gig For Good is back with its fifth charity concert, and this time they’re cranking the amps to 11. Say hello to RETRO ROCKFEST: an all-night blowout on 9 August 2025 at The Barn, Citta Mall, packed with over 30 iconic rock anthems played live by five homegrown bands. And yes, tickets are limited, so get on it before someone else nabs your spot.
Launched in 2023, Gig For Good is a community built around one radical idea: that live music can change more than just the mood. It can change lives. Since then, they’ve sold out four shows and sparked new programmes, from jam sessions for weekend rockers and fresh-faced teens to HRDF-claimable team-building workshops (because apparently, nothing says “synergy” like your boss on drums).
They even run a 16-week music performance programme that helps young bands do more than just keep time; think branding, tech, and entrepreneurship crash course, plus real stage time in front of real people. Check them out on Instagram or their website for the full list of what they’re brewing.
Here’s who you’ll be headbanging along to:
Music Mayhem & friends – The gig’s ever-faithful host band, made up of entrepreneurs who somehow find time to rehearse between meetings and mergers.
Spicy Gurls – Moms turned mic-slaying rockers, all professionally trained and absolutely not letting their kids have all the fun.
Eunoia – College mates on a bittersweet final set before heading off to chase degrees and maybe, if the stars align, a reunion tour one day.
Bluntsheep – Schoolmates with original tracks that could very well be tomorrow’s hits.
Project J – A mix of college students and fresh grads led by Jeremiah, a familiar face in the Gig For Good scene.
The Lo-5s – A father, his three sons, and a friend sharing one big stage moment before the boys leave for uni. If you’re into heartwarming family jams, this is the set to watch.
Megan Khoo – A young powerhouse vocalist who’s been on stage since she was four. She’s got her own solo showcase this time, and it’s set to impress.
