PDRM Officers Arrested for Rape & Forcing a Couple to Have Sex While Recording Them

Two police officers ranking Constable and Lance Corporal were arrested for allegedly having forced-oral sex, molesting and forcing a couple to have sex while recording them at Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan on Friday.

Kelantan Police Chief Deputy Commissioner Shafien Mamat said the incident happened at 10.45 pm when the two policemen aged 31 to 35 years old who were patrolling came across a couple in their twenties in a car by the roadside.

“A policeman is said to have punch one of the victims while threatening them by asking RM1,200 so that the case is not referred to the religious office,” he said.

Shafien Mamat said after they policemen received the money that was withdrawn from an ATM nearby, they were also accused of forcing the couple to have sex in the car while recording the act on one of their phones.

“One of the victims, a woman, also claimed that she was forced to have oral sex and was raped by a policeman when her lover was at the ATM,” he said during a press conference.

Shafien said his team received a police report made by the couple last Sunday, two days after the incident, and the two policemen have been arrested for further investigation.

“Based on the police report made by the victims, we take into account all the victims’ allegations and a thorough investigation will be conducted.

“If it’s true that our members are involved in criminal activities, we will take appropriate action,” he said.

He said the case is being investigated under Sections 377c, 354 and 384 of the Penal Code and that the two victims were sent to the hospital for medical examination.
