Pause’s Underarm Detox Scrub

Pros:

2. Gentle Efficacy: The scrub strikes an impressive balance between effectiveness and gentleness. It leaves the skin feeling refreshed without causing redness or soreness, making it suitable even for those with sensitive skin.
3. Fragrance-Free Freshness: The subtle fragrance-free formula reflects a commitment to natural ingredients, providing a pure and straightforward experience without overwhelming scents.
4. Easy Rinse, No Residue: The effortless wash-off feature ensures no sticky or waxy residue is left behind, aligning seamlessly with a simple skincare routine.

While this indicates a natural formulation, the scent might be overpowering for those with sensitive noses. The clay-like smell doesn’t stick to your skin, though – it’s only detectable when you take a whiff from the container.

Pros:

1. Fragrance Variety: Pause offers two delightful fragrances – the sweet and powdery Cherry Blossom and the subtle Fresh Bamboo, catering to different preferences.
2. Portability: The 50ml bottles are not only travel-friendly but also fit seamlessly into your handbag, ensuring you stay fresh wherever you go.
3. Long-Lasting Effectiveness: At an affordable price of RM39 each, these deodorants prove their worth by lasting through workdays and even outdoor activities. We still smelled the deodorant on ourselves after a full day at the office, with it only fading away in the shower.
4. Odour Combatant: Effective against unwanted odours, these deodorants are a reliable choice for those seeking all-day freshness.

Cons:

1. Sticky Feel: Users accustomed to lighter crystal deodorants might find the after-feel of Pause’s deodorant slightly sticky. This is a matter of personal preference – as is the fragrance. The Cherry Blossom is pretty generic, but the Fresh Bamboo comes with a slight soapy base note that isn’t for everyone.
2. Watery Woes: Being water-based, the deodorant takes a while to dry. If you’re in a rush, this might pose an inconvenience.
3. Cleansing Challenge: We found it a bit challenging to wash off with plain water, requiring thorough cleansing to avoid any residue feeling.
