MELOSAGA: The Hottest Street Dance Event & Music Festival Will Be Held in M’sia Come January 2023

Looking for something exciting to look forward to next year?

This coming 13 to 15 January 2023, MELOSAGA will be holding the wildest and hottest street dance and music festival here in Malaysia!

All three days are jam-packed with these three events: BATTLESAGA, ESCAPISM, and K-DIMENSION. Go on and take your pick as each day will feature a different event!

K-DIMENSION

K-DIMENSION will be held across all three days where fans and participants will get the chance to audition for, learn and watch YG Entertainment!

On the 13th onwards, participants will get the chance to learn from famous artist choreographers from Korea at the YGX Star Workshop! Additionally, across all three days, YG Entertainment will be holding auditions for those interested.

For one day only, SDACA will be hosting a competition on the 13th where the champion will win cash prizes and get the chance to perform in ESCAPISM.

On the 14th, K-Pop fans will get the chance to participate in their K-DIMENSION Dance Cover Championship! The champion will win cash prizes and perform in ESCAPISM.

YGX, an all-female dance crew, will also be performing at K-DIMENSION! Further details regarding this are yet to be announced.

ESCAPISM

ESCAPISM is a music festival that will be held on January 14, featuring a mix of local and global artists!

Artists such as ZICO, DOLLA, ForceParkBois, Shigga Shay, 3P, and more will be performing.

BATTLESAGA

This street dance event will be held on the 15th and dancers will get the chance to battle it out on stage!

First, there will be the RF JAM MALAYSIA QUALIFIER ROUND where winners from the 4v4 Breaking and 3v3 All-Style will win a sponsored trip (inclusive of flight and accommodation) to RF JAM 2023 in Vietnam.

On the same day, there will also be a SDACA Championship where international and national all-star dancers will get the chance to compete for glory and be the champion of BATTLESAGA.

All three events (BATTLESAGA, K-DIMENSION, ESCAPISM) will be held at the Mines International Exhibition & Convention Centre in Seri Kembangan.
