It seems like everyday we’d encounter a feud somewhere on the Internet and in the most recent of events, local media personality Marion Caunter throws shade at none other than Malaysia Airlines, calling out their incompetency through an Instagram post that details her experience with the premium airline. Definitely not the first time for MAS, past flyers have also complained about rearrangement of seats way before Caunter did.
In the long post, the only positive aspect that Caunter brought up is the hospitality from senior MAS crew, probably from older flights prior to this incident. The E! News Asia host ends the post with a caption that calls out MAS to get “their act together,” tagging @malaysiaairlines in the photo.
A six-hour delay is bad enough for most people who look forward to travelling, so imagine the hassle for celebrities who need to get somewhere on time for business or work purposes. 437k of Caunter’s followers on Instagram saw the post, with netizens sharing their own similar experiences with MAS. Television and radio personality Patricia Knudsen also commented, “Yeah we have had many bad experiences as well in the past with them @marioncaunter, it’s so disappointing!”
