London’s Party Places

Text Poorna Bell
supperclub – with a lower-case ‘s’ – has changed the rules of London clubs, but the concept, which originated with a group of artists in a warehouse in Amsterdam, is fairly simple: beds and a dance floor, UV lights, white everywhere. Clubbers take in hip performance art over a four-course meal (£45 excl drinks, incl. entry) served on bed trays. The digestif is pumping house music and the point is inebriated socialising with strangers…in bed.
