Joyland JKT 24, one of Southeast Asia’s most eagerly awaited festivals, has just dropped its latest lineup announcement via Instagram, sending waves of excitement through gig-goers everywhere.

Organised by Plainsong Live, the festival initially wowed fans by revealing headliners such as Bombay Bicycle Club, Blueboy, MONO, and Real Estate.

Now, in a thrilling update, the three-day extravaganza has expanded its stellar lineup with even more beloved artists, promising an unforgettable musical experience for all attendees.

Leading the latest announcement is the iconic multi-talented American artist, St. Vincent.

Known for her boundary-pushing work, she will showcase her acclaimed 2024 album All Born Screaming, which includes songs such as ‘Big Time Nothing’, ‘Flea’, and ‘Broken Man’.

Fans can also look forward to old favourites like ‘Pay Your Way in Pain’, ‘Digital Witness’, ‘Cheerleader’, and ‘New York’.

The legendary French atmospheric pop duo AIR have also joined the star-studded lineup.

They will perform popular songs like ‘La femme d’argent’, ‘Sexy Boy’, and ‘Kelly Watch the Stars’ to commemorate the 25th anniversary of their seminal debut album, Moon Safari.

Nicolas Godin and Jean-Benoît Dunckel will also play other highlights from across their career, including ‘Cherry Blossom Girl’ and ‘Electronic Performers’.

One of Indonesia’s most iconic alternative rock bands, Efek Rumah Kaca, is said to be recreating their set from last year’s Konser Rimpang, which Plainsong Live also promoted.

Hindia and Lomba Sihir will also collaborate as Pentas Sihir to perform songs from their combined discography.

Other homegrown talents on this year’s bill so far include returning favourites such as Ali, Maliq & D’Essentials, The Adams, and The S.I.G.I.T., as well as debutants BANK and Sigmun at Joyland Festival Jakarta.

Besides the stellar musical performances, Joyland Festival Jakarta 2024 will feature its signature programmes that contribute to a fulfilling festival experience.

The Shrooms Garden stage will showcase stand-up comedy talents, hosted and curated by Soleh Solihun. Meanwhile, the Joyland Village will introduce local F&B and market retailers for festivalgoers to enjoy.
