Self-confessed nerd and illustrator Josh Ln and his work and style revolve around his interests — he even drew himself as an action figure. Here, he has combined heroes with hieroglyphs from many beloved cartoons, films, as well as games such as Ghostbusters, Kick-Ass, Power Rangers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle… you get the idea. Since the Egyptians managed to depict their history through these static yet meaningful actions, these pop cultural figures should receive the same treatment too.
