KL’s Fuzz Heads To Assemble For Fuzznation Vol. II This May

KL’s heavy scene is doing that thing again. You know, when everything starts getting louder, fuzzier, and slightly unhinged in the best way.

Fuzznation Volume II is happening on 9 May 2026 at Doom Penthouse, and it’s exactly what it sounds like. A night built around riffs, distortion, and bands that don’t really care for neat genres. The show is put together by Mayu Records, who clearly understand that sometimes all you need is a solid lineup and a room that can handle the volume.

Leading the charge is Runtuh, bringing their usual weight and mood. Alongside them are SethPoll, Sonnar, Saint Ali, Speedwitches, Marijannah, VRITA, and The Fatalis. It’s one of those lineups where you already know the night’s not going to stay calm for long.

The poster says “Worship the Riff,” which is honestly less of a slogan and more like instructions.

Expect long sets, thick tones, and that slightly chaotic energy that only happens when everyone in the room is actually there for the music.

Tickets are going for RM50 (early bird), RM60 (presale), and RM70 at the door. Not bad for eight bands and a guaranteed ringing in your ears after!

If you’ve been paying attention to what’s been happening in KL lately, this feels like a continuation rather than a one-off. Same crowd, same noise, just turned up a bit more.
