Angger Dimas
Cosigned by Aoki himself, Dim Mak’s Angger Dimas is a true blue EDM superstar hailing from Indonesia, and as his geographical neighbour and proud Asians ourselves, we can’t help but feel pride too. This genre-defying DJ is set to show FMFA13 his whatever-goes-will-go playlist ethos. anggerdimas.com

Sixteen
Indonesia’s Sixteen doesn’t have a mental block when it comes to genres. Playing tunes indebted to everything – dubstep, grime, 2-step, afrobeat, deephouse, reggae, rhythm & blues – it’s obvious that he’s electronic inclination leans to the UK side of things. soundcloud.com/dedosixteen

Deer Society x Darren Ashley
Two of KL’s trendiest acts, DJ collective Deer Society and multi-hyphenate Darren Ashley, are joining forces at FMFA13. Suffice to say our collective chins were stroked. Hmm. www.facebook.com/darrenashleymusic www.deersociety.com

Sidney Samson
Powerhouse DJ, pun intended, Sidney Samson has been DJing since 13, taking a liking to hip hop before moving to the genre he is now known for; house. Despite claiming to have retired from house DJing and will only host MC performances now, he is slated to perform at FMFA13. We’ll see how it’s gonna be like. www.sidneysamson.com

Andy Moor
Andy Moor is a trance and progressive Producer DJ. He has used multiple aliases in the past and has been part of Indigo, Leama & Moor, Lewis & Moor, Tilt, Whiteroom, and Zoo DJ’s. www.andymoor.com

DJ Stas
Previously known as DJ Ang Moh (essentially DJ White Dude), Stas is currently the resident of Filter’s Vice Convent parties, which apparently has drawn crowd bigger than some international acts. www.facebook.com/stasdeejay

Twilight Actiongirl
Who in their 20s hasn’t had a TAG experience growing up in KL? Vets of the alt. club night scene here, Twilight Actiongirl will remind us they are still around at FMFA13.

Bud Culture
Pioneers of the bass scene here, Bud Culture remains a strong entity capable of generating a crowd of bros without turning you off to the music. budculturemsia.wordpress.com

Mr. Nasty & GuruGuru
Another group of bass vets. Formerly known as Bass Agents, Mr. Nasty & GuruGuru are all about the big rooms and dropping tunes to a festival-worthy crowd now. www.facebook.com/MrNastyxx

Nadhira
Songstress Nadhira is probably the hardest working r’n’b act around here at the moment. With an album that was a culmination of her travels and multiple performances under her belt, her slot at FMFA13 is well-earned.  www.nadhiraworld.com

Johan Nasir
Johan Nasir, or JD, might not be a familiar name to you, but he has proven himself outside of Malaysia. This guy was a promoter and DJ at various clubs in London, for one. Now back in KL, Johan has played various roles at clubs such as Viva, Modesto’s Heaven, Boom Boom Room, Backroom, Piazza Phileo Promenade, Bond, Poppy Garden, Luna, Bar Savanh, and Velvet to name a few.

Jakeman & Skeletor
The man that changed the radio game and pioneered hip hop in Malaysia will be spinning at FMFA13 with partner-in-crime, Skeletor. You’ve heard their mixes of Hitz FM, so need we say more? www.jakemanandskeletor.com

DJ Fuzz
DJ Fuzz is known far and wide for his speaker-cracking club sets, mixtapes and radio mixshows. Malaysia’s finest DJ. Possibly local hip hop’s most renowned turntablist, DJ Fuzz is also the friendliest dude in the game. Skilled enough on the decks to write a book on it, Fuzz has gone from producing hip hop to playing talent seeker in the pop world. www.djfuzz.blogspot.com

Mr. Fluff
Multi-hyphenate Bo, in the EDMworld Mr. Fluff, can go from singer-songwriter, band frontman, to what he is most known for now, a DJ. Is there anything this guy can’t master? We doubt it. www.facebook.com/mrfluffmusic

MisterAriffin
MisterAriffin rose quickly from being just a stand-in DJ at Maison years ago  to playing a whopping 110 gigs in the last year alone. A staple in the local trance scene, MisterAriffin will make converts out of you come FMFA13.

FONO
Highly sought after and consistent, FONO is the go-to guy for progressive trance in Malaysia. Having supported the likes of Sasha, Dave Angel and Pete Tong, and also named Best Local Club DJ twice by us, you know this guy has an enviable EDM oeuvre. soundcloud.com/dj-254

Miscellaneous OMP DJs
House specialists OMP have been in the scene since 2007, supplying party and festival-goers with an assorted array of local DJs. They’ve built their own party brands throughout the years, expect these guys to bring ’em to FMFA13.  www.facebook.com/groups/ompent
