A year their senior, JUICE Malaysia grew side by side with Twilight Actiongirl (TAG). If you allow us to personify ourselves for a bit, the TAG boys were practically our childhood friends, we saw each other grew exponentially and become indelible parts of Klang Valley’s pop culture. On Friday 14 September, TAG had their 9th anniversary, bringing together familiar faces from the Loft days once again.

That one night demonstrated just exactly how diverse TAGgers are, most are now in themselves cogs to the creative force machine; broadcasters, copywriters, journalists, musicians, subculture pioneers, and deckmeisters. That night, seeing the children of Twilight Actiongirl, we were reminded of why every Friday, we were in Loft…
