This afternoon, December 6, a fire started at the Ministry of Finance.
According to the Putrajaya fire and rescue service, the fire started at the ministry about 2.30 p.m.
A representative for the Ministry of Finance reportedly acknowledged the occurrence afterwards, as per FMT. According to a spokeswoman, the ministry will soon release a statement.
“Solid trash at a dump site started the fire. There were no casualties because the area was confined,” a Putrajaya fire and rescue service source was quoted as saying.
