Hearing & Speech Impaired Teen From Pahang To Represent M’sia At Futsal Tournament In Iran
Year after year, Malaysians prove their worth with boast-worthy achievements on a global scale. Some even continue to crush the popular belief that physical and financial limitations can hinder accomplishments…
Meet Pahang-born Amar, the 17-year-old hearing and speech impaired set to represent the country at the DIFA (Deaf International Football Association) Deaf Futsal World Cup U21 2023 in Iran
As proudly stated on the I ♥ PAHANG Facebook page, “Congratulations to Amar, born in Kuantan, Pahang, a hearing & speech impaired 17-year-old who will represent Malaysia at the DIFA Deaf Futsal World Cup U21 2023 competition that will take place in Iran!”
“Amar and his family are Asnaf who receive monthly assistance from the Council of Islamic Religion & Malay Customs of Pahang. Both of Amar’s parents are also hearing & speech impaired. For the record, Amar has scored 20 goals in 2 Sea Games & World Cup U21 competitions,” read the post.
Here’s hoping that Amar’s success will serve as inspiration and empower other Malaysians!
