Converse Acts of Disruption: The Klang Valley Underground Throughout the Peninsular

Converse Malaysia recently disrupted the norm with their anarchic tour throughout the peninsular from 12 May to 9 June. Starting off with Penang, then Selangor, Melaka, Johor, and finally Kuala Lumpur, the tour saw performances by the who’s who of Malaysia’s underground scene; Si-De, Akta Angkasa, Massacre Conspiracy, Nao, I Am Rain, Coma, Upstart Inc., M.U.Z.E., and Green Love. The culmination of the tour ended at an abandoned car park in Jalan Imbi, an epic day to night gig that got us feeling like it was the heydays of the Klang Valley underground again.
