You’ll never walk alone rings true with Carlsberg’s sponsorship of Liverpool FC that extended 31 consecutive seasons–the longest partnership between a brand and a team in Premier League history. To celebrate the record-breaking deal, Carlsberg is giving away 9 bottles of its Carlsberg Red Barley to its supporters.

The visually stunning Carlsberg Red Barley is created as an homage to Bill Shankly, the legendary Liverpool FC manager that famously change his team from white to red, an iconic choice that still stands today in the world of football. Teams wearing red win more.

Carlsberg Red Barley is not like other ‘red’ beers, it’s a limited edition 4.5% ABV (Alcohol by volume) pilsner that gets its colour from a barley that’s specially curated and bred at the Carlsberg Research Laboratory. The end product? A clean, crisp and slightly hoppy taste expected from a traditional pilsner. Because of the barley’s commercial rarity, the Carlsberg Red Barley is made in limited quantities.

Carlsberg Malaysia will bring these limited edition to five ‘Probably The Best Viewing Parties’, which will be held from 1 June to the early hours of 2 June when the match between Liverpool FC and Tottenham Hotspurs will be broadcasted live. You could be one of the people that bring it home and all you have to do is predict and win a lucky draw at the end of the match.
