Deceased Man Shocks Entire Family After Coming Back To Life While In His Casket

Is death truly final?

For the most part, yes it is. But every now and then certain people find ways to cheat the Grim Reaper.

Such was the case for an Indonesian citizen from Bogor, West Java, who had been confirmed dead but miraculously sprung back to life whilst laid out in his casket.

The image above depicts the inconceivable scene where the 40-year-old man, known only as ‘US’, can be seen moving about in his casket while somebody inspects his upper torso, presumably to look for a heartbeat.

Following this incident, US’ brother Saputra explained to reporters that US’ widow (at the time) was the first to inform him of his brother’s passing in Semarang, Central Java.

It was then that US’ body was transported to Bogor for funeral preparations to be made. Medical reports indicate that US died while receiving treatment at the hospital.

By the time Saputra went to see his brother, US was already settled in a casket.

Despite the hospital’s aforementioned report, US’ family was in complete denial of his passing and truly believed that he was still alive.

So, they decided to open up his casket and get a closer look at him as they wanted to discover the cause of his death for themselves.

Once the casket lid was lifted, the whole room went into a startled frenzy after US’ body began moving.

Currently, US is being treated under intensive care at the hospital in Bogor mentioned earlier, according to Ilham Chaidir who is the hospital’s chief director.

Ilham also commented that US is slowly regaining his health after being pronounced dead. That’s a win in my book.
