Malaysia’s biggest celebration of kustom culture is back this August with custom builds, live music, collectables, and enough horsepower to keep enthusiasts busy all weekend.
Forget everything you associate with the average car show. Art of Speed (AOS) has spent more than a decade proving that kustom culture extends far beyond polished chrome and roaring engines.
Returning to MAEPS Serdang on 1 and 2 August, the annual festival once again brings together the worlds of custom automotive, motorcycles, art, music, fashion, and street culture under one roof.

Kustom Culture in Full Throttle
The custom builds remain the beating heart of Art of Speed. Expect everything from beautifully restored classics and café racers to heavily modified hot rods, choppers, and one-off creations from builders across Malaysia and the region. Every vehicle reflects countless hours of craftsmanship, creativity, and obsession.
With the theme ‘Summer Festival – Kustom Bergaya’, this year’s event will span 452,084 sq ft of MAEPS’ indoor halls and a massive 320 acres of outdoor grounds.

Beyond the machines, the festival floor is filled with independent brands, artists, illustrators, tattoo studios, barbers, lifestyle vendors, and collectable stalls, giving visitors plenty to explore between admiring the rides.
Collectors should also make a pit stop at the Hot Wheels Collectors Convention Malaysia (HWCCM), which returns alongside Art of Speed with exclusive die-cast releases, rare finds, and plenty of opportunities to hunt for your next prized addition.

SoundCircus Returns With Six Stages of Music
Once you’ve had your fill of polished chrome and roaring engines, SoundCircus takes over.
Art of Speed’s dedicated music programme returns with six stages of live performances spread across the venue throughout the weekend. Bringing together indie, rock, hip hop, electronic, punk, and everything in between, SoundCircus has grown into one of the festival’s biggest attractions, turning Art of Speed into a destination for music lovers as much as automotive enthusiasts.

Whether you’re there for the custom builds, crate digging, exclusive collectables, or simply to catch your favourite acts between wandering the festival grounds, there’s no shortage of reasons to spend the weekend at MAEPS.
