YDP Agong To Meet With Other Malay Rulers At Istana Negara Tomorrow Morning

According to reports, the other Malay sultans would be meeting the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah, tomorrow at Istana Negara. FMT stated that Sultan Abdullah will consult with the other sultans about the continued impasse in establishing the federal government.

It specified that the gathering is scheduled for tomorrow morning, at 10.30am.

Earlier today, parliament members from the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) were also asked to meet the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong. This follows earlier reports of Barisan Nasional (BN) Members of Parliament also being requested to make an appearance before the Agong at 10.30 this morning, to reach a decision on who will be the next Malaysian prime minister.
