The Jameson Black Barrel Bartender Series is back for its fourth year, offering bartenders worldwide an opportunity to showcase their creativity and passion!

The 2025 competition invites bartenders to craft unique cocktails featuring Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey while highlighting their local culture and community through ingredients and techniques.

Following a successful 2024 edition, which saw 355 entries from 46 countries, this year’s event promises to build on its legacy.

Bartenders can submit their entries from 13 January to 17 February 2025.

Malaysia, a rising star in the competition, boasts two consecutive global winners: Thanes Joel of Backdoor Bodega in 2023 and Rohan Matmary of Trigona in 2024.

With hopes of achieving a historic third win in 2025, Malaysian bartenders aim to inspire their global peers and continue the nation’s winning streak.

Exciting Prizes And Opportunities

The 2025 winners will receive an exclusive three-day trip to Ireland, where they will connect and collaborate with over 100 industry professionals at the Jameson HOSTS Global Summit. Three global champions will also gain access to mentorship from leading figures in the industry and a €5,000 cash prize.

Beyond the competition, Jameson reaffirms its commitment to growing the bartender community by bringing back its mentorship program as part of the prize. This initiative offers participants invaluable insights and guidance from seasoned experts, fostering innovation and skill development within the global bar scene.
