Ryosuke Kiyasu isn’t your typical musician; he’s an avant-garde explorer who has carved a unique niche for himself internationally. This is where music and emotion come together to form a raw and unique form of performance art.

His inspiration? The legendary Japanese underground musicians from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, like Hanatarashi and Keiji Haino. He thrives on the unpredictable, the surprising, and the downright unconventional. Speaking to Taiwan News, he said, “I want to play new music that nobody has seen or listened to before. I don’t want to do normal stuff – it’s very boring to me. I want people to be surprised, and I want to push the boundaries.”

He’s even taken his extraordinary beats to places as far-flung as Russia and Mongolia, and tonight is your chance to witness this musical genius live in action. Ryosuke Kiyasu will wrap up his Southeast Asia tour, sharing the stage with experimental and free jazz saxophonist Yong Yandsen. Doors open at 8 PM, and the magic kicks off at 8:30 PM.
