9-Year-Old Boy Choked And Flung To The Ground By Classmate’s Father In Terengganu

As per a police statement, a nine-year-old primary school student was choked by his classmate’s father after the youngsters began arguing outside a school in Terengganu, yesterday.

According to district police head Abdul Rahim Md Din, the father grew enraged after his son informed him that he had been slapped in a dispute that occurred while the boys were at play.

“The slapping incident prompted the suspect to respond violently by choking the victim and then tossing him to the ground, resulting in a slight injury to the victim’s head after he collided with a rock.”

“The school notified the victim’s father after the choking event prior to actually filing a complaint,” added Rahim.

The boy was treated as an outpatient at Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital.
